Returns

We hope that you are delighted with all of your purchases from Furniture Finders. After you have received your furniture order you have seven days to decide if you wish to return it to us*. If you would like to return your goods to us you can either arrange the return of the goods to us yourself or we can arrange to collect the goods on your behalf. If you wish us to collect the goods for you a small charge of £35 will be deducted from your refund.

In order to return your goods all that we ask is that the items are unused and returned in their original packaging. If the goods are not in their original packaging at the time of collection may not be collected and therefore a nominal charge of £35 may be levied to cover our costs of the failed collection.

In the case of beds, unfortunately due to the hygiene implications, these goods cannot be exchanged once the packaging is opened.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation of your order.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
