Free Delivery* 

Every item on our site is delivered completely free of charge provided that your total order value is over £300. For all orders under £300 a small £30 delivery charge is made, although Free Delivery is still available on some items under £300, and these items are clearly identified on our product information pages. The good news is that we cover all areas of the mainland UK on a regular basis so we hope to always keep to our delivery estimates or even beat them! (Manufacturers willing).

If an appointment has been made to deliver your goods, and you are not available for us to deliver the goods to you at the appointed time, we will charge you £30.00 to cover the cost of our wasted journey.

All prices quoted for products on our web pages include home delivery in the mainland of the UK, except areas with postcodes starting PA, IV and KW, where there may be a small additional charge. In this case you will be advised before your order is confirmed. Most orders are delivered direct to your home using specially trained furniture staff on fully equipped delivery vehicles. For all deliveries to all outlying islands and Northern Ireland, delivery will be made to a nominated mainland address, for example a port or freight forwarder. Onward transportation from that point is the responsibility of the customer. We are sorry that presently we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
