When you have placed your order with us you will receive an automated email from our payment partners Secure Trading informing you that your credit or debit card has successfully been debited. Within a few days your will receive a written confirmation of your order together with an invoice for the total amount.
If your order is for items that are in stock we will contact you by telephone a few days before we intend to deliver your order. We will always speak to you in person before we attempt delivery, so there is no need to worry about us turning up without your knowing.
Every item on our site is delivered completely free of charge provided that your total order value is over £299. For all orders under £300 a small £30 delivery charge is made. The good news is that we cover all areas of the mainland UK on a regular basis so we hope to always keep to our delivery estimates or even beat them! (Manufacturers willing).
All prices quoted for products on our web pages include home delivery in the mainland of the UK, except areas with postcodes starting PA, IV and KW, where there may be a small additional charge. In this case you will be advised before your order is confirmed. Most orders are delivered direct to your home using specially trained furniture staff on fully equipped delivery vehicles. For all deliveries to all outlying islands and Northern Ireland, delivery will be made to a nominated mainland address, for example a port or freight forwarder. Onward transportation from that point is the responsibility of the customer. We are sorry that presently we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
